I've read that at some point at the end of No Man's Land, Batman offers to reveal Gordon his identity, but Gordon refuses to look.
What issue did this happen in, and is it in any of the No Man's Land trades?

pretty much all of NML is in the trades aside from a couple one-shot stories and the Azrael and Robin tie-ins (Nightwing tie-ins are in their own TPB)

Not sure about the trades, but the issue you're looking for is Legends of the Dark Knight #125.

From memory: It's in vol 5 of NML.

Taking your word on that, this would be in Vol. 4.

I finally got through the trades. One thing I felt - Cassandra was introduced too quickly, as well as her transformation into Batgirl. I wish she was around the beginning of the storyline to develop this better. And David Cain? That came out of nowhere. No prior appearance, never mentioned as a mentor before until now. It just kind of stuck out. And I also still feel there should of been more of a build up towards how Essen was handled. It just all seemed very rushed.
Otherwise, excellent-excellent times. I still need to get the Catwoman tie-ins. The first two Batgirl trades were great, as well.
