yes
Poison Ivy origin in Secret Origins 36
Riddler Origin in Secret Origins Annual
B&W with Simon Bisley, vol2 I believe
and that is all, seriously, there's nothing else
The origin stories are some of the best Riddler, Ivy or general Batman stories you will ever read. Post-crisis he put the characters on the path to what they are today, with a single short story each, where previously they were essentially cardboard 2D dimensional gimmicks. they are not collected...yet

I hope it's all gets collected together in one trade. It's really too bad that Gaiman never had a solid run on the title. He has a really good grasp on the character

Batman and Poison Ivy also make a guest-star appereance on Black Orchid. It's not really a Batman story, but his little part is pretty cool.

Batman is awesome in Black Orchid. Only a couple of pages but they speak volumes. I found that Gaimans approach in the Secret Origins special is much the same, he nails the batman idea in a very short space. "He can break into your house, at night, and there's nothing they can do!""
