I know someone brought up recently the best trades with Spoiler. Can't seem to find the thread. Now...

What in your opinion are the best stories in Robin's series with Spoiler, and why? Most essential?

She was front and center in the issues dealing with her pregnancy storyline, #55-65, which was also when Tim and Stephanie began officially dating for the first time. #87 is when Spoiler is officially welcomed into the Bat family by Batman. #111 reveals more about her childhood. #126-128 features her tenure as Robin. #170-174 features her return. Cluemaster was last seen in the "War Crimes" crossover in Batman #643-644 and Detective Comics #809-810.

Thank you. That's exactly what I was looking for. Own all the War trades so I'll get to them soon, even though I've been told to avoid them.

I wouldn't say that. Even though I don't like the way they treated Spoiler and Leslie, the stroyline itself was pretty exciting. Personally, I'd take it over most of today's bat-titles.

Steph's best stuff isn't all in Robin she also was great in this stuff:

Batgirl #62 (it isn't Steph really but still a good appearance)

As for the main book.

If Chuck Dixon remained on Robin, Cluemaster would have appeared in it. He was supposed to be in #177:
