Fan's Choice Winners Announced!

The Fans Have Spoken!

Because you demanded it! The results are in for the 70th anniversary Fan’s Choice and it’s time to reveal the winners. As promised, here’s the list of the top 5 fan favorites as decided by you!

#1 – Archangel

#2 – Winter Soldier

#3 – Havok

#4 – Mystique

#5 – Mary Jane Watson

The response to the “Pick 5” was outstanding and we want to thank the entire Marvel Universe for casting their votes. In fact, we’re so excited about the results, we’re going sweeten the pot and do the Top 7 in 2010! 7 for the 70th just has a nicer ring to it! Can you guess the other two? We’ll be revealing them shortly…in San Diego!

Just thought I should post this here, since there are a lot of toy fans on the website. During NYCC, Hasbro revealed a lot of new Marvel Universe (4" Scale) figures, including a Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends 3-Pack. In addition, they announced that they were running a poll to allow the fans to choose 5 figures for inclusion in the 2010 Figure Line-Up. Figured some folks would be interested in it, so reposting it here.

Are this for the Marvel Legends line?? or the 3 1/2 line?? cause, If this is to promote their new line, it´ll suck! I don´t understand why are they putting the marvel legends line on hold...

They're for the 4" line. The ML line is on hold cause they've done 20+ waves. Most of the A-Listers are done. With the economy, increasing production costs, and other issues... it needed to be sat aside for a while. There will be more in 2010 however, with the first reveals at SDCC. But this isn't the thread for that.

well I choose
X-23

Cannonball

Each one of them, were kinda secondary characters.... but with the X-Factor, X-Force, Mighty Avengers and the New Mutants comics, they are slowly becoming A-list characters.

Given the anniversary, I'm a little disappointed no original Human Torch or Namor done in Everett style.

Some may already be in the planning stages. As this will be released in 2010.

But of an odd image of Captain Britain, given his recent re-invention.I'm as big a fan of the original Lion Crest red costume and staff as the next man. But the guy has definitely evolved quite a bit since then.

Glad to see Havok made the cut, as both he and Polaris were my top two of the candidates offered.

It was a pretty dumb idea to put a major character like Mystique up against other characters like the Stepford Cuckoos.

Oh well, I guess no Hellcat figure for me.

The line just started. There's so many characters to do. Honestly, the results don't surprise me.

Yeah, the only one that surprise me is that Havok beat out Gladiator, and I have a feeling he'll be one of the last two to be revealed at SDCC.
