Awesome creative team, I only pray it's out on time, with it being 3 issues I assume it will be.

C+C Mutant Factory are flawless.

With Gabrielle Dell'Otto painting, I enter nirvana...

This sounds so Frakkin beauty-full...(as a rule, I do not go for those "Wolverine! featuring:........." type thingies...but its C n C...I wonder if they would consider doing other 3-part minis focusing on the other members of X-force...to flesh out their own personal stories, as it were.

I normally don't get Wolverine extras either, but I like Domino and I'm hooked on X-Force, so I'm in... I absolutely love that cover! Keep it coming!

Agreed.

I would never have approved Domino and Logan until C+C got ahold of them. This couple deserves exploration outside the title. Appears that the other members already receiving some extra attention already. Either way, I'm sold.

Wonder if Logan, Dom and Thrace could have a one-shot?

Dell'otto does great covers, but I've never been entirely sold on him as a sequential artist. But, I'm game.

Outstanding! Naturally I'm there. Will buy both the individual issues as well as the inevitable trade (or HC if available).

I'm normally not really into Wolverine-centric side adventures (since they all read pretty similarly), but I might give this a gander.

I am torn...I love the NM re-union...been looking forward to that for ages...but I am so much more excited and likewise, completely giddy as a schoolgirl for SnV...I think I need to be chastised...where is Selene?

I'm hoping Selene's story in X-Force will not resolve and she will shortly search for that brat Amara.

I think that I'll pass on this. If it was a 'sexier' couple, maybe a team up with a hero and heroine who start out hating/indeferent to each other. Then I'd be interested. But there's really no payoff if it's only about Domino and Wolverine hooking up or butchering other people. Just sounds like old hat. I think I'll pass. I might pick up the trade if the art work is nice.

I've always found anything involving Wolverine and sex to be rather icky.

That was my point. They are cliche.

Something different original maybe? Maybe a different scenario.
The way it was described in the interview, it doesn't sound all that exciting to me. That's all I'm saying.

I knida feel the same, but when Domino's involved, that changes for me, she is an exotic soldier girl.

How far does Logan/Domino's relationship go? I first remember reading it in Grant Morrison's run

Wolverine ought to be standing on a box on that cover. I hope Belladonna does show up in this- I've always liked her character- the leader of a bunch of organised killers being a cute blonde lady- better in theory than execution. It'd be nice to have her not be a crazy ex-wife for once.

That was my point. They are cliche. The hero and heroine who hate/are indiferent to each other romance is the one that's cliché. I mean, how many off those happened before?

Logan and Domino are great to me. They are fun and not overly dramatic. It's a laid back, not very serious relationship and I like it.

I'll buy this. It sounds good, however I think Wolverine ruins it, I would have preferred any other member of X-Force.

It will likely be good. Just not sure I like Wolverine in it.

It was a 1 issue annual drawn by Leinil Yu, so 1 issue.

There isn't one story that is truly original and has not been done before. But a story involving a couple who either hate or are indefferent to each other provides more dramatic tension and story development. Than does a couple (to borrow from Emma) want to simply get together and 'make animal sounds' and shoot people up. That holds no appeal to me.

Can't help but have this nagging suspicious there's gonna be little point but reiterate that Wolvie grew about a feet taller, eh.

Pairing's fine and it *does* sounds like fun, but, meh, not quite sure I wanna aknowledge a spin-off being worthy of my $$$ as Messiah Wars draws closer.

rwsmith

Wolverine's been about a foot taller for quite some time now, or at least he's usually depicted that way. There are still occasions where he's drawn somewhat drawf-like, but for the most part he generally looks about average height. A few inches shorter than guys like Cyclops and Captain America, and quite a bit shorter than the giants like Colossus, Warpath and even Luke Cage.

Whatever. Doesn't really bother me any more than the actor who plays him in the films not being short either (i.e., not at all). As long as he's smaller than guys like Sabretooth, Omega Red and Cyber in the comics I'm cool.

When X-Force started out I was afraid that the covers would either feature nothing but relentless carnage or the cast grimacing and baring their bladed weapons at the audience. Instead the cover theme that seems to be gaining the most traction is to have Wolverine and Domino playing grab-ass with each other. This is a change in direction that I approve of.

Cant wait for this! I'll take as much Kyle and Yost goodness as I can get. Delotto is an awesome choice for a book like this too. If this is successful I'd love to see more X-Force mini's from Kyle and Yost.

I'll probably check it out just because I like X-Force, but I'm not especially "wowed" by the teasers for it.

That being said, I just wanted to comment on the fact that they brought up Rockslide and Pixie. Actually, they're whole "not every character is one that we want to work on, but make the best of it spiel" was great. There were tons of New X-Men characters that went from being pre-Kyle-Yost garbage to being great chracters (sadly mostly now butchered).

It's just refreshing to see creators taking the "make the best of what we have" approach rather than then "let's just take a crap on whatever we don't like." It's nice seeing characters being written with a sense of stewardship over them rather than just being a vehicle for the writer's own personal agendas and preferences.
