I was traveling on train when I saw advertisement for Winning Eleven, and it is interesting. But which is better game to play, Winning Eleven or FIFA series?

I am a huge fan of the FIFA series. It plays a good game of soccer imo.

But hardcore players over at Operation Sports swear by Winning 11.

I just want to ask what is Operation Sports? It will help me decide if their players swearing is good :biggrin:

Operation Sports is a sports gaming website.

They have a whole forum for just soccer.

I only play PES aka Winning Eleven. FIFA plays too, for a lack of better term, arcadey.

That's exactly what I heard about. Which is EA Sports problem with all their titles.

For diehard sim sports fans, Winning Eleven may be the way to go.

I just have fun with FIFA though.

PES is for people who know real football/soccer. Fifa is for gamers who like to score easy and just fool around.

I have seen that. Many kids play it who think PES is too realistic.


Since i watch like 10-15 football games in the weekends i prefer the realism of PES.

The last time i played Fifa 06 or 05 i scored a goal from the middle circle and i was disgusted by how easy and hard shot from standing still it was....

Me and the boys play PES tournaments every friday night. Nothing is sweeter than making your friends angry cause they lose in the 90th minute :D
