I've been playing SVR 09 for a while, and there's one thing I still don't understand...

How do you increase your strength stats in Career Mode (when using a CAW)?

How do you increase your strength stats in Career Mode (when using a CAW)?

Lots of UC grapples and/or play tons of matches.

OR ... wait till the patch comes out (if ever).

I'm waiting for the patch...

I just noticed that doing a lot of extended UC grapples does help...

The patch won't help that much. It'd just give you a 90 overall.
