I was surprised not to find a topic on this. Especially given that this is the penultimate issue before the whole shebang is over.

What I'm trying to reconcile in my own head is how the new status of Calculator, and his changed relationship with Babs, will play out in the Oracle miniseries. IF it will.

It seems to me like maybe they've gone back to the well once too often by using Calculator so much and I bet the developments in these two series won't mesh at all.

Well, technically, DC considers this a DCU title now, not a Batman title. So threads have been on the DCU board recently. At this point, though, with only one more issue left, who cares? It sure appears that the follow-up Oracle mini-series is part of the Batman Universe.

I still think that DC is going to heal Barbara's legs and probably make her Batgirl again. The whole renewed frustration over the wheelchair in the last couple of issues seems to be leading up to this.

On the other hand, unlike Robin & Nightwing, it looks like this series is ending pretty abruptly.
