Who is more influential in the world? Who would win with 1 week of prep time? Who is a greater threat to the world?

Do they know each other?

I saw the cover to the newest Trinity with Ra's/Luthor , but I didn't pick it up. I have not been following the series at all, is it safe to jump in now? Does Luthor and Ra's fight? Thanks.

Do many Heroes/Villains know Ras outside of the Bat Family? I mean he's thrown a couple worldwide 'grabs' like Tower of Babel, but to many of the Heroes he could just be some random nut that got hold of Batman's plans. I'd say Luthor just because he's more well known, I mean, he was President and everything.

Luthor has the bigger foothold on the world , he's far more world reknowned. Ra works in the shadow.

When Luthor is the president , he has talia working for him so he knows all about Ra i imagine.

Luthor would have more overt power with his companies and political power.

Ra operate more in the shadows.

they may be close in wealth hard to judge how much Ra would have, so they both cane make things happen.
