I've been wanting to get back into comics, and I wanted to know, what order should I read the graphic novels in? So far I've read Year 1, I am pretty sure Year 2 is next in chronological order, but I'm not sure, could someone help me out?

read them in any order you want.

the closest thing to a follow-up from year one is All-Star Batman and Robin, the Boy Wonder.

Chronologically, the Last Halloween is a good follow-up. Not to mention a darn good story.
