Does anybody know what actual stories are reprinted in this collection? Any of the Bat Family issues? Can't find any in depth info anywhere,

Yep, it's got 'Tec 359 (debut) and several other stories from that title, as well as Batman, a World's Finest team up with Supergirl vs. Mxyztplk and Batmite; Brave and The Bold with Wonder Woman and Copperhead, and a slew of 60s back up stories leading up to Batman Family. A lot of the art is Gil Kane, and later Don Heck, whose art looks much better in B/W. It's pretty fun but very hokey throughout.
