Odd Question: Justice Corps of America

What would be the effect of giving the major hitters of the Justice League Green Lantern (Or other colours if you wish to get into it) power rings? There were suggestions of it in the Bruce Wayne as Green Lantern elsewhere.

How would it change the world?

Just an odd thought.

Let's see:

Superman - Blue Lantern
Batman - Yellow Lantern
Wonder Woman - Purple or Blue Lantern
Aquaman - Red Lantern
Hawkman - Red Lantern
Everybody dead - Black Lantern

Everyone else tends to fall along the Green line. They're not super-positive, or scary or promoting peace and love.

Regardless of the color he ended up with, wouldn't Bruce Wayne end up being the strongest lantern ever just based on force of will?

Depends if Lust would be counted under Love (Violet), and how deep is his womanizing was before meeting Black Canary... :evilsmile:

I was bring this up in the latest Green Lantern Comic thread (as a side not of talking about DC/Marvel Crossovers and the power rings)...

What would happen if certain villains got power rings? A side not to the above question.

Like the General or Doomsday (Hulk Expies) getting Red power Rings or the Joker who I can see wearing a Yellow one.

Scarecrow would be the best Sinestro Corpsman. But this has been covered already...

Joker isn't really cohesive enough to be able to use any of the rings... fear is a by product of him having a good time, not the other way around.

I see Wonder Woman more as a Green Lantern myself. She's way too much of a warrior to be either Blue or Indigo.

Someone let him use a GL ring a while back. He basically filled the room with green bats before deciding that he didn't want it. Batman has issues, and if he overcame those he'd be a great GL, but as he stands it probably not for him. Though I guess the same could be said of Superman.
