DC has more trades then comics

It looks like from the April listing that DC is puting out more trades then comics
I guess due to so many comics ending,just a obsevation

I hate trades. They always leave in recap pages and backup stories, offsetting the pace of the story. They often have no number system, and even the ones that do don't make sense. The stories are sometimes out of order, etc.

that says more about editorial control of trades than trade themselves. i myself prefer trades and wish the industry would just transition more stories to trade only. it would also make it easier for me to turn people on to comics.
