Dirty Deeds!

"Dirty Deeds" is a series of threads where a discussion can be held about the morally questionable, or outright evil acts of characters in comics. It might be a discussion about times a hero crossed a moral line they shouldn't have, or a discussion of a villain's most horrific acts in their history, but the premise remains the same.

Where possible, a poll will be included to vote upon said character's "dirtiest deed".

Please do remember that there are no wrong answers, this is all a matter of opinion. Since everyone has a different set of morals, please try and respect differences in people's own beliefs.

she is also obsessed with murdering her brothers, but it is understandable if you did not include this in her list of dirty deeds.

I went with attempting to erase Havok's mind and all. I voted for more than one but that was my favorite.

None of Psylocke's deeds are "dirty" They are utterly necessary. Well except hitting on Doug Ramsey and flirting with Scott. So those get my vote. Still Psylocke is wonderful!!!!!!!

Dirty deeds? Those were the best two things she's done in years!

The attempted mind wipe and killing of Havok seems noticeably more villainous than anything else on that list.

I picked seducing Cyclops, then the catfight with Jean. Mainly because I don't dig that sort of behavior.

Though part of me has to envy Scott.

actually, Scott and Jean weren't even engaged, much less married, when Psylocke tried to seduce him. that rough patch caused Scott to go to Alaska for awhile to think things over (running away, as usual, from his emotional problems), but when he got back, he reaffirmed his love for jean and they eventually got engaged.

lol, I love how trying to steal someone's man ranks as more nefarious than trying to kill a fellow hero!

Maybe cause it happened in arguably the most popular era of the X-Men. Most people still remember it and it kinda stick with her like a bad smell..

Eh, a lot of those images flash in her head when she deals with her hand brainwashing, though, or is under the influence of some dominating force or telepath.

And I wouldn't say "obsessed", since she's never really made it a point of hunting them down and killing them.

I just figured I'd give Rachel fans a chance to take Betsy to task for what some would consider blasphemy. You know, both of them.

He's one of the people I'm saving for a rainy day. Although, Mike Carey's doing a great job of reminding us of Xavier's jerk ass moments as is for the time being.

I'm really looking forward to the next edition. It's going to be one of the hardest yet to research, but I think it'll make everyone stand up to give the guy involved the raspberry, so to speak.

Havok had it coming. Betsy tried to get the boy away in the best way she knew possible. When he wanted to be a little piss ant and stick around she knew he was off. He had to be put down. Although they did make the right decision in not doing it but still.

Attempting to erase Havok's memory, and when it didn't work, suggesting the X-Men kill him!

But that was one of her finest moments, she was softned after her ninjafication!

X-cutioner's Song. She was going jab him with her psychic knife when it looked like there was no way of saving him from the TO-virus (even though Moria was right there on the screen and probably would have seen her).

Exactly, Psylocke was just playing the field. She knows what she wants. It was for Scott and Jean's own good and it gave Grant Morrison a plot to rehash. Betsy thinks of everything, far in advance.

Can't agree with the slutty thing. Why every woman full aware of her sexuality must be awarded the "whore" badge? Kwannon's influence or not, she was very interesting that way.

The "skank influence" in question turned betts into a very powerful woman nonetheless. Kwannon, just a secondary character, MAY BE a slut (seems like a hasty judgement, but, what the heck, blame the writers for that), but Betts + Kwannon got interesting I think. Cyke, "the mighty leader", is nothing more than a confused teenager in front of her, and that's funny

Betsy's older than Jean (and the O5). Don't use dates, use relative ages.

Hank was wanking to Betsy's centerfolds when he was still in highschool, and he's a year older than Jean. Betsy was a model after she got her psych degree too iirc. I'm guessing she's a good 4-5 years older than Jean at least.
