Congratulations Paradox, 2008 CBR Community Citizen of the Year!

It gives me great pleasure to announce that Paradox, one of the true pillars of this community, has been (belatedly) elected the 2008 Citizen of the Year. 'Dox has been a valued member of the CBR community for more than a decade, but I believe this is the first time he has ever been COTY.
