In a move that will have a significant and negative effect on small publishers,
Diamond Comic Distributors is increasing its order minimums from $1,500 to
$2,500. CBR's new blog ROBOT 6 has all the details.

As I said over in the indie forum, say hello to $4 comics across the board just so the smaller publishers can make this new threshold number. You might even see $5 comics in some cases.

If an Indie publisher can't get by with Diamond's new requirements they should look at Haven(Formerly Cold Cut) or distributing personally. It's not like many of Diamond's customers support Indie Comics anyway.
