House MD (dvd help needed)

I came onto House late in the game. I really got into it during Season 4. With it in syndication I managed to watch most of the eps albeit out of order.

I added the second season to my que not realizing just how many I'd watched during the last 3-4 months. I was disappointed to realize I'd seen them all.

I just took the time to compile a list of every ep I have not seen. I then went searching several tv sites to figure out which discs to add to my que. No such luck.

I'm hoping some kind soul with the sets could tell me which disc each of the following is on.
