First of all, that Deadpool cover rules.
That Incredible Hercules cover is AWESOME.
And why is Dr. Doom fighting Iron Patriot?!
The Herc cover looks interesting.
If Herc ends up a MIghty Avenger, I wonder if we'll be getting a full on Avengers throw down. That might be fun.

They are fighting Doom's booty call. But really the cover doesn't always have anything to do with the story.
Also, it seems the Dark Illuminati's official name is the Cabal.
And that's not a Deadpool cover. That's the Thunderbolt cover with Deadpool in it. .....But yes it rocks.

That really must have been the expalaination for Namors appearance - that without his kingdpm, Namor degenerated into a hobo again, like he did when he first appeared in the 60's. He didn't have any people to rule, and he needs people to adore him, so his self esteem is propped up. Without it, he is nothing. He really needs to do what Baldur did in Thor, and surround himself with naked babes, to tend to his every need. That should keep him clean shaven.

Maybe that's Lady Bullseye with that knife in her hand. Anybody for a Lady Kingpin, now that we are transgending everybody.

Actually, I can buy how he looks. I just thought it was funny. The whole "king without a kingdom" thing you've mentioned make perfect sense. What really bothered me was how he was written. He didn't seem like the Namor in Bendis' NA: Illuminati. Not remembering who White Queen was, getting flustered when he found out that Loki was now a woman... stuff like that.
I don't know... maybe it's foreshadowing to something that we don't know yet. But as of now, it just seemed like mischaracterization.

And why is Dr. Doom fighting Iron Patriot?!
.....could it be that the mystery person Osborn showed his comrades in DARK REIGN: ILLUMINATI dons the Iron Patriot armor??

First up is a cover by Daniel Acuna for a new one-shot called Dark Reign: The Cabal. Focusing on the various members of Norman Osborn's secret group of villains, this book features a group of short stories written by a variety of writers including Jonathan Hickman, Matt Fraction and Peter Milligan. Artists include Adi Granov and Kyle Hotz.
I really hope Granov is on the Emma story.
