Cast a new Gilligan's Island movie

I read online that the creators of Gilligans island, wanted Micheal Cera to play gilligan, so ill start my casting there

I just made these choices based not 100 percent on how much the actors look like the original actors, but how funny i think the film couldbe, so i chose people with comic timing.

I would totally see this movie with this cast. John C. Reilly is an inspired choice for the Skipper. I'd throw in Jeffrey Tambor for Mr. Howell, though.

Its Cool. Point taken. I just logged back on to change some of my picks. Lenoard Nimoy or maybe Kelsey Grammer as the Professor and Maybe Barbara Eden to play Mrs. Howell. Max Wright, the dad from Alf would have been fun as the Professor.

You have heard that Sherwood Schwarz and his son have announced a coming big screen Gilligan, with Micheal Cera as Gilligan and Beyonce as Ginger? No other casting has been announced as yet.

Beyonce could be good as a new Ginger. And Anna Faris as Maryanne? I'd buy that for a dollar. ;-)

I hadn't heard that, but the casting makes sense. I LOVE Anna Faris, and she would make a good Maryanne.
