2 questions on Red Hulk

I got 2 questions concerning the red Hulk.

1. Is the red Hulk suppose to get more powerful or stronger, I mean is he he at his base level now and we haven't seen his full potentil yet.

2. Is the red hulk or Green hulk suppose to push the Juggernaut back and break or bend adamantium? I remeber Ed Mcguinness said he was going to do this but I don't know which Hulk he was talking about.

I don't know how much stronger you expect him to get.... But just like the Hulk I'm sure it'll fluctuate as his strength is likely to be considered unbounded.

I don't recall Juggernaut encounters, but I do believe Hulk has liberally trashed Adamantium before so I would imagine Rulk could do the same.
