I know this is more of Marvel's forte, but they should give Bill Prady, the co-creator of the Big Bang Theory, a special or mini to write at DC. Not only is his sitcom one of only 3 currently airing that is actually funny(the other 2, imho, are The Office and Worst Week), but I heard online in an interview that Prady is a DC comics guy(much of the geek speak on that show is due to him). Granted, writing a funny sitcom doesn't necessarily translate to writing a great comic, but I'd be eager to find out.
