Shipping day in 2009?

In the solicits for january and febuary, the shipping days seem to be monday and not wednesday...
I don't think the date means "comics released in this week", since for 2008, the dates landed on wednesday...

am i reading too much into this?

I just looked, and the first week for new comics in January is listed at the 7th, which is a Wednesday.

What were you looking at that said Mondays?
