I want to get:
Action Comics
Superman: World of New Krypton
Superman/Batman

We'll just have to wait and see what I can afford though.

Good Christ-on-a-candlestick, that's a lot of "Battle for the Cowl" tie-ins.

Wow, I'll be getting very little DC in March. Green Lantern, GLC, JSA, Secret Six, Booster Gold and some Vertigo titles. Maybe Battle for the Cowl, depending on the reviews.

I'll be getting very little from DC in March as well. The Green Lantern books and Jonah Hex and the conclusions to one or two minis and that is it. I'm jumping off the Bat and Super books and those were really the only DC franchises other than GL that I was (mostly) satisfied with.

I don't like to be whiney but this is the place to be whiney. Other than Geoff Johns books I am not digging what DC is doing.

Yeah, I'm digging Geoff's stuff as well as Grant Morrison's (not to mention the awesomeness of Secret Six) but beyond that, there seems to be a big gap of really interesting comics. A huge batman event is being written by an untested writer, the Superman books have gone off in a direction that I couldn't care less about, Flash: Rebirth isn't out yet and the smaller titles all look underwhelming. I mean, I like Scott Kollins but do we really need a Solomon Grundy mini series?

So, is BATMAN: MAD LOVE AND OTHER STORIES HC the hardcover version of DANGEROUS DAMES AND DEMONS?

And where are Zatanna's fishnets?

FINAL CRISIS: LEGION OF 3 WORLDS # 5, BOOSTER GOLD # 18, JONAH HEX # 41, GREEN LANTERN CORPS # 34, GREEN LANTERN # 40, JUSTICE SOCIETY OF AMERICA # 25 !

AZRAEL: DEATH’S DARK KNIGHT #1, R.E.B.E.L.S. #2 -- I practically can't stand the anticipation for these two

Yeah, I agree, that's out of left field having Tony Daniel write Battle For the Cowl.

Superwoman's costume couldn't be worse. Who designed that monstrosity ? Probably a big flashing beacon that they didn't invest a lot of design time i.e. we won't be seeing a lot of her. I have no idea about the character, but that costume has got to go.

THE AUTHORITY # 8, EX MACHINA SPECIAL # 4, DMZ # 40, SCALPED # 27

I will be getting:

Green Lantern
Green Lantern Corps
REBELS
Battle of the cowl
some of the tie ins
Superman
Action comics
World of Krypton
Solomon Grundy born on a monday!
Legion of 3 worlds.
Azrael
Batman confidential(just this arc)
Trinity
Might try out Strange adventures, Loved starlins mystery in space, but don't like his holy war stuff he is doing at the moment.

why is there no Keith Giffen stuff here? he is still exclusive to dc.

No interest in any titans books or superman/batman.

I recently dropped Batman, and will be dropping Superman as well it appears. Batman, not in Batman books, Superman, not in Superman, books. Great! I was getting the Green Lantern books, but even that is leaving me flat. The Sinestro Corps was an interesting concept, now it's multiplied to a ridiculous degree with all these other "Corps", and is feeling like a big stunt, and not a story.

And DC could have made strides giving how bleak and unheroic the Marvel Universe became after Civil War. But DC really dropped the ball on a great opportunity.

I'm down to a few X-Titles and Amazing Spider-man, and I can for the first time in my long life, see me completely walking away from comics

Don't think I'll be bothering with Action and Superman during this thing. Superman: New Krypton may warrant at least a try-out (Pete Woods is drawing the Man Of Steel with lots of cool alien stuff again!), though.

That's weird....

The BLUE BEETLE: BOUNDARIES TP in April includes #29-34, but the comic's being cancelled in February with #36. I hope that doesn't mean they're not going to collect the last two issues.

Good Christ-on-a-candlestick, that's a lot of "Battle for the Cowl" tie-ins.

You think so? I mean, there's BftC #1, Gotham Gazette #1, Commissioner Gordon, Azrael #1, and Oracle #1. That's 5 books total. Batman and 'Tec are on hiatus for BftC, though, so it's "only" 3 more books than usual. Besides, Oracle seems to be a tie-in in name only judging by the early solicits. I think it's a managable amount of books, especially since you only need the BftC mini to get the story.
