Check out the cover for Hulk #10. Is that a new Doctor Strange, or a new costume?

He wore that way back when they tried to make him more of a superhero as compared to a mystic.

Flying energy thrower - yawn.

My guess is that Red Hulk gathered these foes and they're fighting a past incarnation of the original Defenders.

wow, the defenders back in action? I think the Defenders were one of the first issues i ever read when I was younger. I'm not sure how theyre going to bring the SIlver Surfer back to earth, but this could be fun.

I mean, everythings been said about this comic. The stories are dumbed down and read like a childrens comic... i just wish it could have been in the marvel adventures line. it seems like loeb has no respect for anyones toys. They way he got namor and all those other guys together recently was ridiculous for continuities sake. Not to mention his treatment of Thor

I bet this issue wont reference Hulk and Stranges recent "interactions" at all

It's his costume from the short-lived "The Order" series (2002) where the Defenders went bad due to manipulation by Yandroth.

Hulk 10 is best looking rendition of it

Which is revival of his costume from end of 1969-1970.
I think the first Defender stories date from this period (can't remember the name of the title it was under) and this is why they probably give him back the horrid thing for 'The Order'.
Shortly after, The Defenders got their own self titled comic. but Strange was back to using his old garb.

Norrin is everywhere these days. He's also showing up on Skar. Which makes me wonder if he'll tell Hulk about his son(assuming he meets up with Skar first before teaming with the Defenders).
