(Yes, this is mentioned over in the You'll all be sorry forum, but it seems more appropriate here).

Today, Stan Lee, quite possibly the biggest name in comics, was awarded the National Medal of Arts. (http://www.omnivoracious.com/2008/11/excelsior-stan.html)

Hey! George W. Bush did something we can all agree was a good thing - presenting Stan Lee with the National Medal of Arts. It's nice to see we can finally come together in a spirit of bipartisanship over something.

The medal was originally going to go posthumously to Kirby, but Stan donkey punched his corpse when they exhumed it to give it the medal and took it.
