Help with a comic name?

Ok my friend told me about a superman comic book but he couldn't remember the name. From the description he gave me Superman gets upset about how corrupt other DC superheroes are and leaves for the fortress of solitude. Than he comes back immune to Kyrponite and takes care of the corrupt heroes. If anyone knows the name of the comic book it'd be much appreciated. Thanks

Kingdom Come, surely.
It's one of the best stories ever. I always saw it as a clash between all the stereotypes of Super-Heros: the Shadowy Batman-like Vigilantes vs the Classical Superheroes (Supes IS this group) vs the nineties' style grim 'n gritty crazies with machine guns the size of houses (Magog). Thrown in older, classical supervillains and the UN and we're all set for everyone fighting for the control of the mad asylum that is planet earth. It was about many things, like the union and separation between humans and metas, the future of the DCU, etecetera... it's so rich and exciting that it has a sequel arc in SJA.
