I have never read Kingdom Come or Justice...

I want to though.

What universe does KC Superman come from? Is it Earth 2?

Was that him in Infinite Crisis?

Is that Superman still in the regular DC Universe? Someone said he was on the JSA. If he is where is his base of operations? It can't be Metropolis.

What about his new series, I thought that I saw the main Superman there with him.

What other stories is the KC Superman in? I would like to read them.

Wait, the Kingdom Come Superman and the Earth 2 Superman are both on the JSA? How did the KC Superman get to Earth 1 then?

The KC Superman is in JSA.
The GA version is DEAD.
But he still has an Earth-2 analogue wandering the space lanes of Earth-2.
And the KC Superman joined the JSA after Starman pulled him from his world before the UN were going to nuke him and the heroes at the KC finale.

KC Superman is the best of both worlds, really. He's the Golden Age Superman of Earth-2 mixed with Elliot S! Maggin's Superman of Earth-1 mixed with the Man of Steel Superman of Post-Crisis Earth.

Plus, he's got the best S-Shield of them all.

The Earth-2 Superman was Kal-L. He was part of the JSA when the original Multiverse existed. He was killed in "Infinite Crisis". The Earth-22 Superman is from "Kingdom Come". He is based off of the New Earth Superman, the star of Action Comics, Superman, Superman/Batman, Supergirl, JLA and so on. But this version of Superman was older and the events of his life went in a different direction. Earth-22 Superman came to New Earth when Starman was attempting to open a black hole and it somehow dragged Kal-El to New Earth from a critical moment in KC.

The current JSA run is on New Earth like the rest of the books in DCU are at the moment. The Superman shown in that book, who claims his world was destroyed, is the same Superman from the Kingdom Come issues. In that KC series where the bomb explodes, he is transported to New Earth where he now appears. So he was originally on Earth 22 (Kingdom Come Earth) and was transported to New Earth.
