Own the first 3 Brubaker Trades as well as Selina's First Score. Love them. How is the rest of the series?

Robin - own Year one, Hero Reborn, Tragedy and Triumph and Flyin' Solo.

Any recommendations?

Being a huge Cat fan myself, I've always felt that Catwoman: When In Rome was one of the most enjoyable Catwoman books I've ever read.

Pretty much anything Brubaker's written has a good chance to be good.
Damn, there's something I'm thinking of but I can't remember the title of it... The book involved Selina being hired to steal (then framed for using) a gun that was able to automatically aim at it's target. It's a really good one as well if someone can remember the title.

I'll second the purchasing of When in Rome. It's a great story. Though I may be a bit biased because I like everything by the Loeb/Sale team, and it's the only Catwoman-related TPB I own. (I'm such a sorry Catfan...)

Can't help you on the Robin front, though. Sorry.

Chiroptera: Might you be referring to Trail of the Gun? I've always heard it was a bit of a weak story, but now I'm a bit curious. I'd check it out, if I could only find a copy. Is it out of print or something?

Ah. Forgot to mention I already have When in Rome. That's also a good one.

It may be. I found it at a half-priced books.
As for being weak, well, I'd say the writing isn't anything stellar. It's fairly run of the mill comic book wise, but I wouldn't say it's bad. I enjoyed it, but honestly I enjoy any Catwoman story that I feel capture the character well.

Brubaker's run was brilliant from start to finish. The other title you're looking for is Batman / Catwoman: Trail of the Gun.

Are there good trades for Dick Grayson Robin stories ?

Important Tim Drake ones ?

Ones that have nothing to with Teen Titans hopefully. Like my Robins best in Bat world.

IMO, most of the good Robin stories (Dixon's run) haven't been released in trade.

Particularly the Cooke/Rader/Stewart period.

Anything else ? Doesnt matter how old the stories are.

When i backread Batman stories a few decades i didnt get Robin stories for some reason.

Are there even stories about Dick Grayson as Robin and before NW that wasnt in Batman story ?

Except The Year one i read when i read NW comics, other Dixon stories.

Will Pfeifer's run is good for the most part. He captures Selina quite well for the most part, but his stories are dull and predictable. So it's kind of a toss-up.

I'm looking to read more about Tim Drake, but maybe without buying solo Robin trades as I'll need a fix of the Batman.

Is Lonely Place of Dying the essential Drake/Bat book? What else should I read?

I'd say it's pretty essential. It does a great job of defining Tim's character right out of the gate.

I agree. Question is...what Tim Drake/Robin solo trades are worth seeking?
