Wolf Blitzer
Richard Quest
Arwa Damon
Femi Oke
You can´t make up names like these!!
Do you know other examples were reality outshines fiction?

Obama's chief strategist is David Axelrod. I mean seriously Axelrod just seems to fit the criteria.

I'll never forget the Nascar driver named, Dick Trickle. I mean, if you're the guy's parents, what in the heck are you thinking?

A woman who used to work for one of the clients of the law firm I work at had the last name Furbush. It was so hard to not laugh when I took those calls.
Oh, and there was also a guy with the last name Fightmaster, which I thought was kind of an awesome name.

I heard someone talking about having a professor named Dr. Deathrage. She pronounced it "Duthridge", but I imagine that's just to cover up the fact that there's no way she's going to escape becoming horrifically mutated into a vampire or somesuch.

My uncle knew someone whose name was 'Le-a'. I ad assumed that it was pronounced Lea or Leah or something, but nope...that ended up being pronounced Ledasha.

Wolf Blizter is such an awesome name. Honestly, it sounds like a fighting game move that requires a level 3 rage meter!
As for some interesting names that punctuate my life, here in the NY/NJ area there's the newscaster for the local ABC affiliate, Sade Baderinwa. At my old school, I had a professor named Prof. Looser and I once had a martial arts instructor named Sifu Shamburger.
Still, I have to include myself on this list, or rather my old AIM screename. Indeed, while "Long Wang" in Chinese means dragon king, in English it apparently has a very different connotation  .

There's a law firm in Sydney named Sparke Helmore.

I'd say "long wang" and "dragon king" are interchangeable in English.

Reminds me of some of my loopier creative writing stuff.
Stuff like Maurice Dragonsiege going to buy a lottery ticket and a beer from the clerk, Leonard Starcrusher. Nothing abnormal at all except the names.
I convinced a friend to include a character in his perpetually unfinished novel. The character's name is Eddie Cocktail-Chowder. According to my friend, Eddie Cocktail-Chowder is a violent homophobe who winds up causing a major turn in the life of his gay, self-inspired protagonist. (However, there's a bit of a twist there as the title character is intentionally supposed to make people think the novel is autobiographical. When, in fact, the author is a separate character who is also gay, physically identical to the main character and has all the same friends and life experiences. But is conveniently absent for the novel's main action.)

There's an education professor at my college named Dr. Outlaw. She's the terror of junior block education majors from what I hear.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Neel Kashkari (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neel_Kashkari), the Treasury Department official who was recently put in charge of the "Office of Financial Security" in order to oversee the $700 billion dollar bail-out program.

Always loved the name "Wolf Blitzer." Sounds like the name of a video game character. Richard Quest is also awesome.
I've also always thought Adam Savage on Mythbusters had one hell of an badass name.
As does this kid:
