It was two aliens, one tiny and one big. The tiny one stole people's powers or made them think they lost them and the big guy replicated powers. I am pretty sure they fought the titans.

They fought the titans ? They first appeared in the superman titles and had a couple of appearances since , mostly fighting superman.

They've mainly appeared in the Superman books between 1988 and at least 1995, though there might have been a couple since then that I haven't seen or recall.

They fought the titans ? They first appeared in the superman titles and had a couple of appearances since , mostly fighting superman. They were created by Wolfman during his stint on the Superman title so naturally they'd fight the Titans.

Uh, no. Unless they debuted earlier than Superman #19 and Adventures Of Superman #442, because they were introduced by John Byrne and Jerry Ordway. Wolfman was off Adventures in 1988 and Ordway was writing it. Byrne was finishing his run. So unless Wolfman had them in his mind's eye before he left, he just barrowed them from Byrne and Ordway.
