This might be fun. I'm sure most of you are like me, and love making mix tapes (or CDs or playlists or whatever).

So I'm going to start a series of threads for hypothetical mixes for each decade. About 22-24 songs, and I'm going to do mine as a tape (because I like the progression of having two sides...something that kind of got lost when vinyl was transferred to CD--think of The Stooges Fun House).

So, you can post yours as well...basically, just pretend some dude who never really listened to much music before asked you to make him a mix for each othe given decades. Could be fun, right? Showing everyone what you would put on each tape?
