Either where you think Gaimen would have taken the story to the end of the Dark Age or what you would have liked to see or have explored during the course. Also I guess any comments on the true ending being Moore leaving and whether Gaimen just coopted the series as his Sandman dry run.

Keep in mind Silver Age was suppossed to be defined by the return of Young MM and Dark Age by the return of Kid MM. Silver Age only barely got started.

But for a shooting off point let's start at how do you think it would have went from the confrontation that Miracleman had with Miraclewoman at the cliffhanger.

First off, don't count Miracleman out yet.
There's still a chance that Gaiman will get this book back, and find a publisher to print the books (assuming Marvel's not interested anymore).

Second, I seem to remember an article (or interview) with Gaiman that Kid Miracleman (and maybe Gargunz) would be coming back in Book Six: The Dark Age.

Third, I think that there will be some sort of a confrontation between Young Miracleman, Miracleman, and Miraclewoman that'll lead to the return of Kid Miracleman.

I would expect the final revelation being that there is a universe set in the pre-moore miracle man type of world were non of the events of the moore and gaiman series happened and miracleman dealing with the sharp contrast and an internal debate inside himself on which earth had the better outcome.

IIRC - Bates spirit was to possess Dickie? As Dickie was shocked/not too happy about MM making a move on him. So, yeah - another showdown with Dickie was in the works.

also, something was up with Winter and the other children - that was a bit creepy.

but its been so long since reading those - difficult to recall all of the other sub plots and stories that were going on.
