Okay, this anime is pretty old and I can't even be sure of its name since I got it as a blackmarket fan subbed copy. It was about a boy who was had the potential to be a elemental like many other yet I believe secret few other people in this world. However unlike the other Elementals it was discovered toward the end of the tape that he was a Air Elementalist, which for all intensive purpose was the awesome uber elementalist. In fact that was the translation on the tape (Air Elemental) however I have never seen anyone make reference to this anime, and while it was a one shot hit or quiter anime movie to my knowledge, I just remembered today after like 15 years and was wondering if anyone else might have seen it or have a better translation of what the movie was called and maybe even point me to a link where I can watch it again.
Obviously this some what rings of Avatarness and would explain or maybe just point out some smiliarities between the anime and that show.
