I'm not to good at identifying specific pencillers and inkers, so I have to rely on more generic visual clues. Once I recognized a cable car under fire it put me in mind of war comics for some reason so it was just a matter of going through DC's war stuff. Moi aussi. When I glanced at the answer just now I thought that that's certainly one I would've gotten if I'd taken the time lately to pay attention to this thread (been too damned busy here at work & too blue-screen-plagued at home, sad to say) ...

... but based on that one snippet of a clue? No way. Hats off to METAROG, if I wore a hat. Shoes off, then (since I slip out of them every chance I get, even here at the office -- bad feet exacerbated by several years of pounding the marble stairs & floors at the county courthouse in Little Rock years & years ago ... plus of course it's considered puttin' on airs to wear shoes if you're from the South, almost as much as it is to let people know that you brush &/or floss, since that implies that you have at least a few non-storebought teeth).

Many thanks to you and RR for the Kudos. Although I do not have anywhere near the knowledge of artistic style recognition that most of those who regularly participate in this thread-every once in awhile I just know what cover LR has. It must be the 30 years or so of looking through endless LCS backstock, conventions and my own 6,000+ collection. This issue in particular stands out as I just read Cap 150-400 (plus annuals) in the past few months.
