Telpeortion- DeliveryThat's always the first one I think of. "When you absolutely, positively, need it right this fucking minute."
Superspeedsters and flyers could also do the courier bit. Flyers have other options as well, from storm chasers to eye-in-the-sky cameramen.
Mind readers, even ones that don't have any real range to their abilities, could always get work in children's hospitals, helping to find out what's wrong with children too young to articulate what's bothering them.
Likewise, people who can communicate with animals could get similar work in animal hospitals.
Magnetic control - construction work.
Regeneration - paid submissives at BDSM clubs.
Shapeshifters - well paid prostitutes.
Transmuters could make good money changing radioactive waste into non-radioactive elements.
Image/illusion casters could do special effects for Broadway stage shows.
Weather controllers might get paid good money to help end a drought, or deflect an oncoming hurricane.

IŽd keep it simple, charging half of what Nasa gets to put things in orbit.

What immediately comes to mind is what Victor Mancha's friend told him before Victor joined the Runaways, in Runaways, about Reed Richards' power. What he should've done was stretch himself several feet taller and get a fat NBA contract.
Bounty Hunter. There are still people out there who others pay good money for capture.

Charity fund raiser
"Wha -- ! Why, Superman! What are you doing here?"
"Why, nothing, Mr. Trump. I just thought I'd come and watch your men build a skyscraper. Ever since I was a little boy I've always been fascinated with building stuff. Why, I bet I could build a skyscraper in fifteen minutes -- twenty tops. Maybe I'll do that if I ever have to retire."
"Retire?"
"Yes, as head of the Superman United Charity Fund League. If the League ever ran out of money and had to close up shop, why, I guess I'd just go into the construction business."
"The Superman United Charity Fund League sounds like a splendid organization. How much should I make the check out for?"

Yeah I sooo saw this sentence going elsewhere. I can't help it but wonder if Sue Storm is really lucky or really unlucky.

I've said it before ... Sue Richards is the luckiest woman on Earth! With Reed around to stretch any part of his body ... and if Reed isn't there, Sue still has her force fields!
Anyone who can turn invisible: Detective.
Psychics might make great police interrogators.

Do we know whether gaining length means sacrificing girth in Reed's case?

She-Hulk has been a bounty hunter since getting disbarred. Just in the latest issue her boss told her that there were no assignments for her, saying that suddenly people had gotten really good about showing up in court as scheduled. So it might not be steady work.
