Has any of these books written by Gail been released as TP

I understand Gail has written Agent X and Deadpool for Marvel and also she wrote Legion and Rose and Thorn for DC has either one of these series been released as TP or HC. I hear that they are very good series and would love to pick them up and read them.

Neither of those have been collected in trade. You can pick up back issues of Rose and Thorn on the cheap. Her work at Marvel will cost you an arm and a leg and that goes double when it comes to shipping.

What is interesting is that those two issues of Titans outsold every issue that the main creative team worked on for that entire year.
