I really want to get into Hulk. Are there some key issues i should read? Maybe ones with Bruce's relationship with Betty Ross. Please give me some key Hulk issues.

Then the Peter David Era would be for you. His time on the book was very lengthly as it began in issue 331 and ended with 467. HIs entire run focused on the ups and downs of Bruce's and Betty's marrage.

Get these books first
Hulk: Gray by Jeph Loeb
Incredible Hulk by John Byrne (http://www.amazon.com/Incredible-Hulk-Visionaries-John-Byrne/dp/0785127054/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1224487441&sr=8-1)
Incredible Hulk: The End by Peter David (http://www.amazon.com/Incredible-Hulk-Marvel-Premiere-Classic/dp/0785130268/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1224487782&sr=8-1)
Planet Hulk by Greg Pak (http://www.amazon.com/Incredible-Hulk-Planet-Greg-Pak/dp/0785120122/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1224488048&sr=1-1)
The first book is about Hulk's beginnings and his time as a gray Hulk. John Byrne's story covers Bruce's marriage to Betty. "The End" is a great story about what would happen to the Hulk at the end of his life. And "Planet Hulk" is a very nice recent story about the Hulk being exiled to another planet and fighting to survive.
Peter David wrote the Hulk for 12 years, so most of the good stuff about the Hulk comes from him. Get Volume 1 (http://www.amazon.com/Incredible-Hulk-Visionaries-Peter-David/dp/0785115412/ref=pd_bbs_8?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1224488245&sr=8-8) of his run after you're done.
The CURRENT Hulk book is about a brand new Red Hulk whose identity is unknown. Good art but the writing is something else... seek at your own risk

+1. As good as Loeb wrote Gray Hulk. that is as bad has he currently writes Hulk. As an add-on I would also pick up Prelude to Planet Hulk and World War Hulk.
OH, and THE END is a great story! After Planet Hulk pick up Skaar as that is as close to a real Hulk as you are going to get.
