Will do :) however I need to order supplies, so a painted picture won't be available for about 3 weeks and there will only be 15 made. I can't guarantee there will be any available then. Btw, full refunds are offered to disatisfied customers. Don't know if that helps :D

Why is that, exactly? People sell original paintings and drawings of marvel and dc characters at every convention I've ever been too, and are even in a lot of comic shops without any "license." Why would a sculpture be any different?

Technically, as Jase Q says, there could be difficulties, but you are right. If a producer were to make thousands and run a business producing these then marvel would want royalties. But individual artists are frankly not worth their time.

I agree with the sentiment, but take this as an example. I had a look at your marvel pictures (very nice by the way). Now, technically, producing even an image for personal use is infringement of copyright, but in practice these things are fine. Marvel isn't a death camp, it's run by nice people. This must also be taken into consideration. Thanks for the input.
