Hey gang... I gotta tell you, if you missed the MidOhioCon this year, you missed a good time... The guest list was top notch... How many conventions give you Joe Kubert and Alan Davis on the same weekend..? It was a pleasure to meet them both!.. What talents!
When I wasn't enjoying listening to Joe talk about Sgt Rock I managed to do some drawing myself... Below are two fun pieces that came out of a great weekend...
#1 is a really interesting piece... My interpretation of none other than musical great... TOM WAITS!..with one... two... THREE cigarettes no less!
#2 is my take on Planet Hulk... I love the ripped out arm... You don’t want to make the Hulk mad... You wouldn't want to have the Hulk be a gladiator on another planet when he is mad...
