I found this today and I thought Id try it. I put in a friends number and I put her name and my name in it, like 5 minutes later she calls me "you asshole that creeped the shit out of me till I figured out you put someone up to it."

The guy tobin bell thats jigsaw from saw has this pre recorded message and bank of names and he calls the number saying something like he wants to play a game and you have help him. Course caller ID on their end shows the number you put in as yours but it was funny.

I doubt if I know anyone who has seen any of the Saw movies. I don't go in for torture porn, and don't really want to hang around with those who do. So I suppose none of my friends would get it.

I suppose that's true. But I have to admit that I too use the term "torture porn" to refer to movies like Saw and Hostel and even some much older sick movies made in Japan. There isn't any sex in torture porn movies, but the obsessive attention to torture in these movies is so revolting that it seems like devotees must be somehow enjoying an exotic perversion when watching.

Well this thread certainly took a turn, it went from something as a halloweeny promotional joke link to people talking about torture porn, /sigh. Cant there ever be a thread where folks just stay on topic and not turn it into some idealistic crap just so they can see it on a screen?

I hope this thread gets deleted. Funny thing is I also posted this on maximum pc forums and every response there has been just people thinking its funny or wanting to try and being light hearted about it, while everyone here just seems to want to take all the fun out of stuff.
