Every year on Superbowl Sunday, the Discovery Channel shows Puppy Bowl and Kitty Halftime Show. They repeat these shows all day long.
This year we got three of our kittens in the Kitty Halftime Show and one of them, a classic brown tabby cat with striking markings, was the hands down star because it played with the toys being offered rather than take a nap which is what most of the kittens chose to do. On the other hand, one of our kittens, who has cerebral hypoplasia, which makes him wobble when he walks but is not dangerous, that kitten got quickly removed from Kitty Halftime Show because they were afraid they'd get angry letters about forcing diseased kittens to perform.
Anyhow, the taping was last night and they had free snacks for the families of the kittens while we waited. I kept getting lost in the building which was quite a maze. Generally speaking, me and my lovely wife Deci-Belle had a wonderful time.
And did I tell you our kitten was the star?
