I was browsing around at tfaw.com and I stumbled across a preview of the upcoming Mignola-drawn one shot.
It looks so beautiful, but it makes me sad that we can't get more from Mike. Still though, can't wait for this issue and Wild Hunt coming up in December.

So nice to see Mike return to what he does best, and thankfully his absence from the drawing board (please folks, I'm referring to his sequentials, not his cover work, which has admittedly been ongoing without break) has done nothing to hurt his abilities.

Not sure what this story is about, but I'm looking forward greatly to reading it...and re-reading it..and re-reading it...and....well, you get the point. :smile:

Agreed!! Very beautiful page.

Each new series, Mike finds a way to simplify his art down a little more yet still be poetic and intense. But I have to wonder if this is as simple as it can get. How much more can he reduce before there is nothing left :)
