Oh yeah, Doom Generation is easily one of my favorite cult films! You have Rose McGowan's feisty debut, the delectable Jonathon Schaech, James Duval's goofy stoner, funny cameos, even funnier deaths, utterly dark humor, and a kickass soundtrack! What's NOT to love? The scene you mention genuinely disturbs, too, and leaves the viewer appropriately numb afterward.

I've seen most of Araki's work, and DG is right up there with Mysterious Skin.

That's the worst picture of Mia Kirhsner that I've seen. She still doesn't look bad, but I'm not a fan of that heroin chic look, if that's what that is.

The Doom Generation is nothing resembling a good movie. And there's at least one part where Rose's hottness is nearly spoiled but what else is going on in the scene...unless you're into the sort of thing. Watch it and you'll know what I'm talking about.

It's a shame, BTW, that Rose looked awful on Nip/Tuck last year.
