Lookin good. But the hand is too small and the face isn't right for it to be Mike's style... which artist is this based off of?

Gonna be interesting to see what Nagle himself is doing with the paintjob.
I'll keep my eyes on this.

I never quite got into this statue. The muscles just look like they're melting off his body.

I did love the one of a kind Brazilian Hellboy bust that sold on ebay some years back. Wish I'd saved the image. Maybe someone out there has it.

Really? I think this statue has a Wolves of St. August quality to it.
I think the base is splendid, scale-wise Hellboy does look a tad tall. But overall I quite like it (mind you I have never seen it 'in the stone - or whatsit'.

For me this statue is very true to the original image it's based of.

I just found from my images folder 3 pictures of this statue I've saved in March, probably from Ebay. One of them has the bottom of the base and it's signed
"Shawn Nagle 08 #3/10"

Apparently it's the finished product.... I got an e-mail from him saying it shipped today :cool:
