Ive watched like dozens of times both vampire hunter d movies and devilman (devilman is about my favorite), have any suggestions for more horror anime thats of the same quality?

The overfiend series is hentai and consists of a lot of volumes. Pretty heavy stuff.

There is a lot of horror animes out there and i can only recommend the few that i have seen.

If you want adult horror anime that you can watch over a weekend , you can try the classic horror anime , wicked city. (a bit of hentai stuff)

Petshop of horrors is pretty neat (an anthology of horror stories involving this antique petshop in chinatown - sort of like gremlims)

But my favorite goes to Boogiepop phantom , a real mind bending horror anime , more apt if you have a surround sound system.

I'm not sure about anime, but in terms of manga, Uzumaki and Parasyte are tops.

Hellsing is rather fun bloody pulpy horror. The TV series was just okay. The movie / OVA series Hellsing Ultimate is closer to the manga and has a much better budget.

Really, the first Urotsukidoji is actually pretty tame when it comes to sex and nudity compared to most hentai. It's much more violent. And the story is pretty crazy.


Bible Black is... OK, yeah, it's not something to recommend.

Allright Im downloading some bible black now.


About the other suggestions. I have the 3x3 eyes dvd, urotsukidoji 1 and 2 on dvd and ninja scroll on dvd already. I liked those but not as much as devilman, just some mixture of elements made it really cool for me.

Oh and I demon city shinjuku which isnt to bad, I got a couple others that arent coming to mind.

I just wish I could find akira on dvd, and not that pioneer release from a couple years ago. I got it and its one of the few anime I prefer in english dubbed (most I liked subtitled) but the dialouge and voice actors were different and it ruined the damned movie for me. I liked my old vhs of it much better.
