Who does Batman really consider his children? Do you think all of the members of the bat-family could be considered his children or only a select few. I would imagine they involve people who have all his trust and those he has trained over the years, but is it safe to say that he considers all of them like his children? Does he have favorites?

What no Damian option?
To my knowledge (and I could be wrong)
From legal standpoint:
Tim's now legally Bruce's son
Jason and Dick were Bruce's Wards
Cassandra is a guest at Wayne manner
And I don't think Barbara, Spoiler or Huntress ever lived there.
From an emotional standpoint:
Dick and Jason are more like little brothers to Bruce
Tim and Damian are his sons (though Damien is a work in progress)
Cassandra, Barbara, Spoiler and Huntress are allies in the fight

hmm...it won't let me vote for more than one.
Dick, Jason, and Tim are all family, there's no way around it. Bruce is, at times, a father figure, but also super-sweet older brother.
Barbara too, I think, more like a niece, but he certainly cares for her AND for her father, which would encourage him to keep an eye out over her.

They're all his kids because they wouldn't be doing it if not for him. There was even a mini-series with pretty much everyone called Batman Family.

True, but not all writers acknowledged that. Hell, I barely recall Bruce giving Cass the time of day in his own series even though she was far more devoted to him emotionally than Dick or Tim ever were.
http://www.dcfanpage.de/dcu/batman/cover/us_batman_family007_gross.jpgDid you really had to use the cover where Dick gets punked by a new villain?
Even more annoyingly is that Robin takes him out with one punch in War games.

Literally? Damian Wayne and Tim Drake
Bruce Wayne Jr.

I think if you got a few beers in him, Bruce would say they're all his children.
Then he'd admit to not being a very good father.

Before all this evil Cass stuff I would like to believe Batman thought of Cass like a daughter...

I like to think that meant something as opposed to being manupilative bullcrap...
Bats was the only person who truly did understand Cass... And he always went on commenting about how they were the same and proud she made him... I don't know I always thought that there was this deep unspoken bond between them... Guess I may be the only one...

You're not. But since their relationship had no Silver Age start, current writers feel perfectly justified in ignoring it.
Plus, when was their relationship ever acknowledged outside Cass' book? Virtually never! Writers, unfortunately, treated her like an ugly cousin.

What pages were those scans with Bruce and Cass from? That scene looked heartwarming.

Aren't Dick and Tim legally his sons?

Tim and Dick, since they're legitimately his (adopted) kids.
