I hope this news is correct. I can't find any 'official' mention of it but it is teamed with news of LSH's demise on several blogs such as http://comicbookrevolution.blogspot.com/
Sounds like great news, I LOVED the original L.E.G.I.O.N. series by Giffen and Kitson. Peyer dropped the bar on quality, but it was still interesting after that. The artist on the series hasn't been announced yet either: Kitson would be great, but unlikely as he working on Spiderman and such (although the Order ended a bit back). Also, I would love to see some old characters: Stealth was very interesting and Strata was amazing. But more than that I am really looking forward to Tony running with the story, even at the expense of seeing old favorites. Go Tony!
