let me first apologize if i have put this in the wrong place. this is my first time using this forum so i don't know the full rules or etiquette, i'm just trying to get something done Really quickly so i can get to reading it.

I have the infinite crisis series, 52, countdown to final crisis, countdown arena, the countdown specials, lord havok and the extremists, salvation run and the search for ray palmer and everything that has come with a final crisis title thus far. can anyone tell me the order that they are meant to be in (read in)? any help would be much appreciated.

I'm behind on the times in case you think i'm completely dense.

So far, the order you have is correct. The Countdown tie-ins, however, take place during the main series. Here's a list I found.

The Countdown Specials are for the most part silver age re^prints, and you can read them whenever.

As for the rest... the order is
-Infinite Crisis
-52 (doesn't really tie much into anything, but it is an excellent story).
-Final Crisis

Countdown to final crisis, Countdown Arena, Lord Havok and the Extremists, Salvation Run and The Search for Ray Palmer do not need to be read at all. They are mostly crap, and contradict Final Crisis quite often.

I disagree about "The Search For Ray Palmer". Some of those were pretty cool; specifically the Red Rain issue, and when they visit Earth-3 !

Put them all in a blender.

Press "puree."

Read whatever comes out in whatever order you want.

That's as good as coherent help as you're gonna get.

(But seriously - the most proper order is: IC, 52, FINAL CRISIS. Read COUNTDOWN and its assorted one-shot/mini tie-ins if you want, but it's been largely ignored by creators and fans alike.)
