Has this book been re-printed in any of the IC-related trade books? I'm collecting as many Crisis related books as I can find, and don't wanna order Prelude if it's already in one of the trades I ordered.

It's a small trade in itself, so it's completely separate.

Like Paul said, it's a mini trade, collecting stories from all over other DC series (only one I remember is a Superman Secret Files story, although I think the Flash/WW 2 issue crossover is in there too...)

The OMAC Project tpb has the Countdown to Infinite Crisis one-shot. The tpb for Villians United has a small prelude that shows related tie-ins. The Day of Vengeance tpb has the Superman issues where Supes and Captain Marvel battle Eclipso. I think all this is in Prelude.

Shockingly (because it's a very softcover collection, not even TPB quality), Amazon has Prelude for sale. And according to their description...

"Prelude collects the complete crossover story from Flash #219 and Wonder Woman #214 as well as a story from Superman Secret Files #2004 and pages from almost two-dozen other DC comics."

....I don't remember how any of those stories connected with IC at all, to be honest. The Superman thing related to Sarge Steel, Waller and a version of the Suicide Squad; the 2-parter was a team up against Cheetah and Zoom (something to do with the Society?)

The Superman SF story showed that there was another person pulling the government's strings that wasn't Waller or Steel. That person was revealed, in Countdown To Infinite Crisis, as Max Lord.

I believe the Flash/WW crossover was one of the first stories to show that villains were starting to unite.

It also had a bit where Wonder Woman and Flash discuss capital punishment which was, supposedly, a foreshadowing of WW's later actions.

IIRC, Cheetah brings Zoom to the Society at the end of it.
