What minor comic book characters do you have an irrational love for?

I really love Creote, Savant and Josh. I actually had a very hard time getting into BOP once those characters left because as far as I was concerned without those three there was no book.

Another minor character I have an irrational love for is Lawbring QZTR. As far as I’m concerned he was the greatest hero in all of the Crossgen universe.

Oh and Joker, when written right, eclipses Batman in his book but I think that might be rational love as many people feel that way. We just differ on what is Joker written right means as there are many versions of the character, each with a diehard fan base. In my case written right means written as a total psycho that might just be crazy as fox rather than crazy.

Honestly, recent events in the Marvel U have tested my irrational love for all my old favorites. Spider-Man, Cyclops, Chamber, Jubilee, Paige Guthrie (although, that wasn't so much recent, as it was Chuck Austen's doing).

Dr. Terrence Thirteen. Since Phantom Stranger V.2 #5. I can relate to the guy; sometimes I want to yell at the Phantom Stranger too. When well written, he's intelligent, principled and brave. I want him and his wife Marie reunited. The blond woman who's not Traci Thirteen's mother. I'm okay with Terry and Traci being related, but not as father and daughter.

And Lilith. she's my favorite Titan.

At Marvel, Madelyne Pryor. Neal Shaara, who deserves a better codename than Thunderbird 3. He wouldn't be that hard to rehabilate. Start by having him apologize to Karima for letting his arrogance and overconfidence put the two of them in danger.

I'm with you Lester, they brought humor and more drama to the book. I would like to see Savant again. Who knows, maybe Brian will show up in there or the S6 someday.

Another one is the Phil Urich Green Goblin. I loved that book. It was so wicked and sadly Marvel hasn't released it in trade, I don't think they ever will.

That depends on whether you're willing to ignore the fact that Traci Thirteen is half Asian, and Dr. Terrence Thirteen and his wife Marie are/were both Caucasian. Not to mention that Marie wasn't a magic-user like Traci's Homo magi(?) mother. My theory is that Wikipedia contributors assumed Terry and Traci were father and daughter, and Azzarello and Chiang made it so. I'd rather they'd made them cousins of some degree or other; she could have been descended from an uncle or cousin of his who met his wife during WWII (Asian Front), Korea or Vietnam.

Or maybe the guy in "Architecture and Mortality" is a Dr. Thirteen from an alternate Earth.
